Liposuction in Seoul, Korea
Cellis precision liposuction does not simply remove as much fat as possible. Deep and superficial fat layers are treated separately to give a smooth, defined body line without dimpling or adhesions, and harvested fat can be used for stem cell extraction or grafting.
- Procedure time
- About 1–3 hours
- Anesthesia
- IV sedation or general anesthesia
- Time in Seoul
- 5–7 days in Seoul
- Recovery
- Usually 3–5 days

Who is Liposuction for?
- Stubborn areas that do not respond to diet and exercise
- You want a better body line rather than weight loss
- You want to use harvested fat for grafting or stem cell treatments
How Liposuction works
Deep fat is reduced for volume, while superficial fat is treated carefully for smoothness. Leaving an even layer under the skin is key to avoiding irregularities.
Liposuction is not a weight-loss treatment. Results are best when weight is stable and skin elasticity is good.
Our approach to Liposuction
Layered suction
Deep and superficial layers handled separately.
Smooth result
Even fat layer preserved under the skin.
Fat reuse
Harvested fat can be grafted or processed.

Liposuction recovery timeline
| When | What to expect |
|---|---|
| Day 0 | Surgery and rest in a private recovery room; most patients return to their hotel the same day. Cold compresses start straight away. |
| Days 2–3 | Swelling and bruising usually peak. Keep your head elevated, walk gently and avoid alcohol, saunas and exercise. |
| Days 5–7 | Check-up at the clinic; stitches, splints or tapes are removed where used. Most patients are cleared to fly after this visit. |
| Week 2 | Most visible swelling has eased and many people return to desk work and light make-up. |
| Months 1–3 | Residual swelling keeps settling and the shape refines. Strenuous exercise is usually resumed after 4 weeks. |
| Months 6–12 | The final result is generally assessed at this stage. We follow up online after you return home. |
