Who is Breast Augmentation for?

  • Naturally small breasts that limit how clothes fit
  • Upper-pole volume lost after pregnancy, breastfeeding or weight loss
  • You want breasts that move and settle naturally when lying down

How Breast Augmentation works

Implant size, profile and position (above or below the muscle) are chosen with sizer tests and measurements, not only by cup size.

Endoscopic dissection allows a precise pocket with less bleeding, and the Keller funnel inserts the implant without touching the skin, which is intended to reduce contamination and contracture risk. Incisions are usually in the armpit or breast fold.

Our approach to Breast Augmentation

  1. 3D measurement

Implant chosen for your frame and tissue.

  2. Endoscopic pocket

    Precise dissection with less bleeding.

  3. No-touch insertion

    Keller funnel technique.

Risks and side effects of Breast Augmentation

  • Capsular contractureScar tissue around an implant can tighten and harden; precise pocket dissection and implant handling reduce this.
  • Nipple sensation changeSensation can increase or decrease temporarily; permanent change is uncommon.
  • Implant rupture or ripplingModern implants are durable but may need replacement over time.
  • ScarsIncisions are placed in natural folds and fade over 6–12 months.

All medical procedures carry risks. Your surgeon will review your medical history, explain the risks that apply to you and discuss alternatives before you decide.
